On the surface everything looks good, but the reality is they do NOT used Licensed professionals to do their work. They are a dishonest company. We did our kitchen and laundry room and had major plumbing issues after they left. They also mismeasured our fridge, which results in our fridge hitting the wall every time we open. The function aspect in our kitchen and laundry room is so poor. They do not educate you on your decisions, which is a major red flag as you hire a company to help you with your vision and advise you with what is logigistical. They expected us to be experts when something went wrong and blamed us for mistakes that were clearly theirs. The contract manager came 3x the whole project and clearly does not oversee his workers. We had to get WSSC involved which helped us resolve the issue after they refused to acknowledge their error for over a month. We found out they used an unlicensed plumber. Their workers also peed in our backyard, which we would have gladly let them use our restroom. To get them to fix their mistake was a nightmare. Negotiations were a nightmare. At the end we got a little money back to make the situation a little better. They did not pay for the sink they damaged which resulted in us loosing $800. We lost all trust and respect for the company. I can NEVER recommend this company as they are truly dishonest and just seeking ways to make you pay more.
