02/20/2018: I received 2 out 3 boxes in really bad shape. One of the boxes was smashed and opened and torn. The second one had oil marks all over it I had to take the pads out of the box immediately. The delivery was horrible. I never use to have a problem. Thank goodness the pads were inside of a plastic bag and they were not damaged.

02/15/2018 Verified: Part of my order came by Post Office non delivery. Had to go to local PO to pick up. Due to weight of 2 packages boxed together it was extremely hard to fit in car, unload and get into house. However, I called you and you were super nice in explaining it to me. If not for this problem I would have given all 5s.
