MedExpress Urgent Care

I sat in the parking lot for 5 hours waiting to have a drug screen done. I didn’t need to see a doctor or a nurse. I was told they would try and fit me in between patients. This didnt happen. While inside the lobby, I could hear some employees joking around and others were angry because they may need to stay longer. They were rude and disrespectful when I checked in. I will not return. Terrible to talk down to people who are waiting so long in their cars.
