A problem occurred in the last day of a 5 day, 2 person job after the electricians left. Placed a call on a Friday night to report problem, was given help on what to do until following day when electrician would be over since my husband is on oxygen and we needed power for his machine. Took almost 2 weeks to problem solve, they were in constant contact checking on us, in morning and evening! Never felt the issue wasn't a priority Felt like family!
