Overall, would recommend these folks wholeheartedly! Usually a good selection of items in my interest and they're very responsive when you need to speak with a real person. Only reason "Value" took a hit is I'm not a fan of Buyer's premiums/fees. Those should be the responsibility of the Seller. Here locally, what you bid is what you pay, the way it should be. But as far as online auctions go, these folks are definitely among the top 3 in my opinion. Their staff is tops!
