Very disappointed in the back end customer service of this organization. I’m addition to increasing my rate without notice, they would not accept a15 day cancellation instead of 30, and when I offered to settle for the rate I was paying and signed with them less the additional fee from the month prior to settle this account, they went ahead and charged me the full amount without ever responding to my last email.
To make matters worse, I cannot even conveniently use my credits because they are limited on maternity skilled massage therapists.
I otherwise would say, it is hit or miss on good therapists there and they overcharge for all the add ons.
There are much better massage deals and spas out there. Don’t waste your money here!
