Mark DeHaan, MD
Dr. DeHaan specializes in hand and upper extremity surgery and has lectured and written extensively on occupational injuries, the surgical management of carpal tunnel syndrome and the evaluation and treatment of thumb joint arthritis. He has special training and experience in endoscopic carpal tunnel release surgery, post-traumatic reconstructive hand surgery and percutaneous trigger finger release. Dr. DeHaan is a clinical professor in the surgery department in the College of Human Medicine at Michigan State University, and he has previous leadership experience as the president of OAM, the chief of hand surgery at a local hospital, and president of a local non-profit that assists with health services. Dr. DeHaan’s interests include water sports, scuba diving, golf and landscaping.
