Have not returned my calls requesting help with CPAP equipment questions in the past on several occasions despite promising to do so.
Mailed me the wrong CPAP supplies despite calling to ensure the organization had the correct mask type and model number in their records.
Each of three items shipped to me, required for the use of my DME equipment from Major Medical, tore after 1-2 days of use. They were immediately unusable.
I began contacting Major Medical regarding needing replacements asap on June 24th, 2020. Today is July 1st, 2020, and I have not yet received a call back.
I did receive an email June 30th that 2 of the 3 items I "ordered" were going to be shipped to me. The tracking number given was not registered at the time.
I called Aerocare, the supplier of their items, and was advised that the parts were still at the warehouse and had not been shipped out yet.
I inquired as to the possibility of expidited shipping due to their necessity in using my DME equipment.
I was told there would be no priority shipping, no FedEx, and only regular ground shipping was possible.
Had I not had an old part that's been in my car trunk for a year, to donate, I would have had to go this entire time without the ability to use the DME equipment purchased from them.
I am highly concerned for their customers that might be on oxygen, or using a wheelchair, if they receive faulty parts - and are treated in a similar fashion.
I no longer need this device. I requested my doctor to this effect exactly one week ago Either she had not completed the order to terminate or ? At any rate, I am being billed for something for another month that I do not need.
