Sent me a desk without hardware. Hardware was sent 1 week later. After assembling, the leg lift motors didn’t work. It’s been a HUGE nightmare trying to get the company to fix it. They’ve been rude, unhelpful, threatened to suit ME. I finally got a refund through a Credit card dispute. At that point the company agreed to pick up & refund the desk. After it was picked up they emailed and threatened to suit me because the guy they sent to pick it up disassembled it so he could get it out of the house! STAY AWAY!!

Ordered a table from them. Big mistake it took 5 weeks to get it. It was not custom or special order. It is readily available on Walmart, Amazon, and many others with a 12 day delivery. So I was 3 weeks in when I realized how long it was going to take. It did not ship until 3 weeks after I ordered. They gave the excuse they don't ship until the truck is full. So after 5 weeks and 4 days before my family is supposed to come the table arrives cracked in 3 places and the ball bearing that were in the leaf mechanism all over the ground and box when the delivery person opened it. Ok mistakes happen. I get it. But I already was upset with the 5 weeks. So, the delivery company packs it up and leaves and says call the person I bought it from and they will send another. So I call local furniture outlet and my rep. Mario is out to lunch... You can see how this is going to go already. I asked to speak to a manager.. She is busy on the phone right now but someone can call me back..So the manage calls me back and tells me she has to contact the delivery company and get photos. Well the company already had photos because the driver sent them to his boss before he left. But the manager claims it takes up to 48 hours to get pictures from the delivery company. No I am really pissed. Next day still nothing. Waiting on pictures still. I told the manager I can driver to the warehouse and take pictures and send them to her in 1 hour why does it take 48 hours for you to get pictures. So they refuse to order a new table until they have the pictures and a new table should be to me in 6 weeks or so. This is not going to work. Glad I used Amex.... Buyer beware!!!!
