Hi Jamie, Just wanted to take the time to thank you again and send alone this little note to show you how much Rosie and I appreciated all your help! When we found the perfect boat for us it was in Ontario and we were in New Brunswick and the boat didn?t have a trailer. From the moment I contacted Jamie Walker I knew I was talking to the right guy, he was personable, very knowledgeable and helped us pick just the right trailer for our boat. We had extremely tight time lines and Jamie assured us that our trailer would be ready on time and fully operational when we arrived. Not only did he deliver on his promise we arrived early and he was ready and waiting for us. The trailer fits our boat perfectly and on our trip back we almost got into an accident and our new trailer saved us I?m sure of it, it handled the weight of our boat and we were able to stop quickly to avoid getting into the accident. A few years ago I bought a Loadrite boat trailer and was very happy with both the quality of the trailer, the attention and service I got from your dealer. When my wife, Heather and I first considered purchasing a 27? boat weighing 7000 lbs on the other side of Canada and custom ordering a boat trailer to haul it back across the country, we were a bit overwhelmed by the process. We tried to educate ourselves as much as possible on the requirements for the trailer, both for legal requirements in B.C. and for durability and longevity. In particular, we were looking for a manufacturer of aluminum trailers since we were planning to do extensive boating in salt water here on the West Coast. When we determined that Load Rite had a representative in Canada we began the order process. From start to finish, we were so impressed with the excellent service we were provided. Our contact, Jamie Walker, was extremely knowledgeable, offering expert advice on the features and benefits of the trailer we required for our particular boat. In addition he provided recommendations for the travel across Canada that we found invaluable. He arranged pick up at a convenient location and the delivery was prompt as promised. All paperwork was provided efficiently with advice for the necessary permits to transport our boat. By necessity, we were making the trip across Canada in less than ideal circumstances, weathering snow storms and adverse travel conditions. The trailer performed without a hitch (pardon the pun!). In addition to the most important function of reliability, the trailer aesthetically is a beautiful addition to our boat.
