My approach is to meet clients right where they are in their fitness journey and move them towards the life they want --whether that is to feel better, look better, gain a better quality of life, regain strength from surgery, or to build the body of their dreams...I will coach them to their goals. It is very important to me to know my clients and truly understand what they want. I will compile a workout and/or nutrition plan to achieve those goals taking into account underlying areas that need attention (tight areas, weak areas, postural deviations) in order to achieve those goals safely and in a reasonable amount of time. I love to work with both beginners and advanced levels using a mix of body resistance, weight bearing exercises with an emphasis on stretching. Stacy is also a Certified CETI Cancer Exercise Specialist and Certified Health Coach.
