My experience today with Luna met all my expectations. She is a most personable and professional employee, who was able to answer all my questions and allay all of my concerns. She was courteous and tended to all details of the issues at hand, making sure I was satisfied. Luna is a real asset to the Kaufman Fuel Company and her attention to details was exemplary. I felt in was in excellent hands and was grateful for all the help she provided. Luna is devoted to her job and it was a pleasure to be so competently treated.
