Gail is very professional, straightforward, patient in not only handling the dog but especially patient in training the human! Gail evaluates, sees the littlest detail of what the dog picks up as a cue from his owner and shows us, the human, how confusion was born in the dog’s thinking of what was expected of him. Gail understands the situation, gives correction to both dog and owner in a loving and kind way, which demonstrates her excellence as a professional trainer! Timeliness/promptness was given a 4 star instead of 5 because Gail gives an extended and reasonable amount of time for the “hands on” concepts being taught to be understood and practiced before ending the lesson. ~Technically a 4 star but in reality a 5 star because of Gail’s “grace” extended to the owner who is slow in learning … Thank you, Gail!

Was a great experience ,my dog has improved so much with the training. And I learnt to be a better dog handler and owner too..highly recommended.
