I bought two buy one get one cards from a soccer fundraiser. Corporate changed the cards from those in the past, instead of a punch card you now have to register the card using the app, and it says it expires six months after it is registered. I registered my first card and used it before it expired. I then went to register the second card but it wouldn't work. When I asked about it at the store, they gave me a number for corporate I had to call. When I called that number she was very unhelpful. She repeated numerous times that it just wouldn't work. I asked why they were selling a product that wouldn't work, she said I'd have to ask the people I bought it from for the fundraiser. Nevermind they have to buy the cards from corporate and only ordee those that are pre-ordered, nevermind that the produxt they bought ifrom corpieate is not working and is therefore corporates problem. I was so angry and after going in circles said goodbye and hung up. They then called me back and said they would look into the issue and call me back. That was two months ago and I have heard nothing. I love our local store, but will not support a company that cheats the customers. I will also never buy their fundraisers cards again. They used to be so great but I have noticed a lot of not great "changes" since the company was sold and revamped. Very sad after so many years of great.
