I have to say, when Jaime first reached out to me I was hesitant, to say the least. I was looking for a program, or more honestly an easy fix, to instantly lose all of the weight I put on after my surgery. I don't know why I thought my health wasn't worth the investment at first. I don't know what inside me, made me question spending money on myself. I was always making excuses: I could spend that on new shoes, food, activities, outings with friends, clothes etc. But Jaime gratefully wore me down and finally got me to commit to being a better me.
She didn't make me feel bad about my starting point. She even made me feel comfortable enough to share my story, halfway through my goal. (She never pressured me to do it, I felt proud and confident enough to do so).
There were times when I messed up. During my weight loss journey when, "life happened." The burden of doing any exercise was too much. Times when I would order a whole pizza and eat it to myself, just because I wanted to.
But never did Jaime judge me, she always sent me encouragement and fun testimonials of others, and I never felt alone, which was important to me, because that feeling of support and encouragement drove me to lose overy 50 lbs. I'm not at my goal yet. It's not a quick fix.
It's a choice, it's a lifestyle change, but Jaime never made it feel like I was ever losing or missing out on anything with her fun recipes and newsletters. She shows you that she is human too.
But most importantly....
She won't quit on you, even when you want to quit on yourself.
