My experience with Auto Spa was excellent. Communication with Alan was first rate. He called or texted me frequently to confirm dates and times and was right on schedule. I also think that he provided an excellent value for the work done. My new Audi SQ5 looks amazing.

I found Insight Auto Spa on a web search because I wanted to get a ceramic coating on my car. After reading the excellent reviews, I thought I would give it a try. I set up an appointment with Alan, the owner, and he showed up promptly, discussed all the details of the ceramic coating, answered all my questions and did a patch test on my car so I can see what the outcome was going to look like. What impressed me most was his attention to detail (this is coming from a woman who has a Type A personality and is a perfectionist to the extreme). He literally transformed the dull paint on my car and made it into a brand new car that looks like it came straight out of showroom. When I park it, I literally can spot it right away in a parking lot. Alan exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be happier. In addition, I love that he offers a very reasonable maintenance service where he comes to my house to wash my car inside and out every 4-6 weeks (the first wash is free). This way he can analyze the condition of my car and maintain it’s shiny appearance. Try him, I promise you won’t be disappointed.

Alan is by far the best detailer in the business. He is polite, knowledgeable, and doesn’t try to up-sell you on services you don’t need. He applied ceramic coating to two of our cars, one of which is black. Both cars look brand new! My husband is meticulous about his car, and he cannot stop admiring it. Highly recommended!!

My husband and I were completely impressed and happy with the detail that was done by Alan from Insight Auto Spa! The level of professionalism and care was amazing and refreshing! My car was so clean and look like new from the inside to the outside and he also did a paint correction due to bird poop that burnt through the paint. If you're looking for a great detail for your car, Insight Auto Spa is your place!
