Aaron was more than excited to work on our project, and even flew out to scope out our land. We worked together via zoom for a couple months, and halfway through our rough drafted house design, Aaron ghosted us. We paid 6k for the deposit, and we don’t even have our lower level started, among other things. Essentially half of our contract that would cover the 6k deposit is not complete. We have been asking for responses for months now. The couple of times we’ve heard back, he says he’ll call the next day or something similar and then never hear back. His cell phone/office voice message is full, the office never answers, and no response to our last emails, text messages, and phone calls. Last work on our design was done over 5 months ago and we’ve been ghosted ever since. Super unfortunate since now we are left with no other choice but the next legal steps in getting our 6k back if it’s left unfinished.
For future clients, beware. This seems to be a reoccurring event with him and his clients based on another review left by someone on Google a week ago.
