Their shipping policy states they ship within 48 hours M-F. I placed an order and had no shipment confirmation in a week. I started trying to contact them through their website and email address. They never replied. I ended up filing a PayPal dispute with screenshots of the sent emails after approximately 2 weeks of silence. They replied to my last email within hours of that dispute claiming they'd had a shipment delay with their pallet and this was the first they'd seen of my attempts to contact them. They offered no timeline for shipping out the order nor indication they were going to warn other customers or put up a warning on their site that shipments will be delayed. I was able to get a full refund from them, but have a feeling that other customers are going to be left in limbo without filing an official dispute with their credit card or paypal.
