Hello staff at IVS. Just a quick note to let you all know that I am very pleased with the service that has been performed on my 1965 Volvo 1800S. The counter staff is very friendly and courteous when I arrive and Derrick and his crew in the shop area are tops in my book. It's very satisfying to know that I have a shop to bring my vintage Volvo to when I need to have it serviced. I highly recommend IVS especially to those who are lucky enough to have a vintage Volvo. By the way, my first visit to IVS was November 18th, 2011, with the same 1965 Volvo. They've got her running just fine! Thank you, IVS.

So far, so good. We have a good quote to replace traction battery on our Prius. We have decided to go with the quote. Shaunteill and Michael were very helpful. We will see how it goes once the battery is replaced and we can drive our car again.

Everyone was very straight forward. Time, and money was fully communicated. Not the cheapest but definitely the best. Skilled labor is not cheap and cheap labor is not skilled.
