I will tell everyone and anyone who listens how they messed up my car on a recall. So much back and forth and they finally said their were problems with my transmission. Begged me to change my review and I did, had my car for a week and told me it was a bolt loose and not my transmission- but I happen to know they never even looked at my transmission- probably partly because I was told that paying oil changes took precedence over my car and my warranty. Which is cool cause I still paid for a warranty.
The clock on the car was one hour and twenty two minutes behind when I dropped it off… and one hour and twenty two minutes behind when I picked it up.
Also the service manager Mike does not stand behind Hyundai or believe in the brand- so much so that I was told their cars don’t last past 100,000 miles anymore. Solid tactic to keep a return customer.
I took my car elsewhere and traded it in. I was spent with these guys screwing around with my transmission and my life.
Idk about buying a car from there, but the service dept sucks.
