I was referred to Hot Water Tanks, Llc by my home warranty company. I looked at my leak and realized it was not my HWT it was condensation from my AC. I always remember curtesy and promptness, so I promised Steve, to reach out when I purchased a new toilet for. Y guest restroom. The installation was seamless, quick, and Steve took the time to check & diagnose another issue that he did not have time to do fix that same day, before the next customer. Great guy, funny and down to earth. Not an ANGRY & DISGRUNTLED sub-sub-sub contractor
