We purchased our 5th wheel and have used Holiday World of Dallas for all service. After having the bearings inspected and packed this summer, we took our first trip in Sept. Right front wheel lost the cap and the dust cap was pushed out. Took it back to Holiday World and they found the bearing was bad. Instead of repairing the one tire, they put all new bearings in both axles and did not charge anything. They went above and beyong to ensure our safety. Customer for life!
