Took my sons puppy there for emergency when she jumped and broke her leg. It was expensive which I understand for emergency after hours but felt it was needed. Decided to allow them to treat her since they started everything. Take her in weekly for cast change outs and every single time they add on extra costs. She needs this medication and that medication. The last visit they said she had a sore from a wet cast and leg amputation was possible. Decided enough was enough and took her to our vet. He change the cast with no cost, said the pain meds that Hobart sold my son every week was not necessary as she wasn’t in pain and the wound that Hobart said could lead to amputation but would not show my 18 year old son was not caused by a wet cast but a cast that was wrapped to tight and would heal just fine with normal wound care. He showed the wound and how to treat it and even wrapped the new cast to allow the wound to heal. This place is all about how much money they can get from you and I totally feel they took advantage of a young person to sell them everything they can and get as much money as possible from him. If they put as much effort and care into the animals as they do the money then they would probably be a decent place to go but they are money hungry. Our regular vet does not try to milk you for every dollar and does what is best for the animal and not his bank account. I would not even take a dying dog here ever again. This place would probably charge you to put the dog down and then for an autopsy to find out how the dog died just to make money.
