Harrell Remodeling was founded by Iris Harrell, a General Contractor, Certified Kitchen and Bath Designer and Certified Green Building Professional and Green Point Advisor. In 1995 the Company officially became an integrated design + build firm to make it easier for their clients as homeowners to initiate and successfully complete a residential remodeling project. Iris sought to hire interior designers and industry experts to be full-time employees and associates of our company, to help eliminate the communication problems with homeowners so prevalent in the industry. In 2001 the Company adopted an Employee Stock Ownership Plan and in 2014 it became a 100% employee owned company. All of our current employees are now owners of the company and have a vested interest in keeping our growing clientele completely happy. Iris Harrell retired in June 2014, but the company and our employee owners continue to build on the legacy she created with one focus: Happy and very satisfied clients!
