Why do you sell accessories for routers when they don’t fit any of your tools. It looks like it fits but when you put it on and use it, it breaks/doesn’t work and then breaks your router, bit, and accessory in less than 10 seconds. I even went into the store to tell them and they said, yes I herd that from several other customers but there is nothing I can do about it. I then went and tried it on every router in the store and it didn’t even fit one correctly; do you sell us something you know doesn’t work and just breaks your tools. I used to shop there first but not now…I don’t like replacing power tools because you sell something that YOU KNOW is breaking routers and keep selling it, so we have to replace them. Spent $20 and now have to replace over $100 to replace my damage stuff. I am waiting for your response to see how you treat a loyal customer. I just built my shop and used mostly your tools to fill it but now I’m wondering if I chose right?Do you stand behind your product? We will some see.

I was in the only line and next up for checking out. I noticed a register to my left was coming open , so I pushed my heavy laden cart over. The male checker curtly told me they had only line and I had to go over and get in it. I told him I had just come from that line. He firmly held his ground, so I returned my heavy items to their place and left. I glanced about, but didn’t see any signage about forming one line. I appreciate stores who use that system. What angered me was his rudeness during the incident and being humiliated in front of other customers. The upside is I didn’t spend $225+ for merchandise I had already selected.

!!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE AT ALL!!!!!! So much for “no hassle return policy” if you don’t have your pristine receipt they will not accept your return. Even if you have the card you made the purchases with and if you had to sign their item release form. I made my first and last purchase 5 days ago and barely touched the packaging. Never going back. Home Depot or any other store in my area is way better.
