Highly disappointed with the communication from goldview ultrasound. I had went in for a gender reveal and needed a redo session done. I called to see if I can upgrade to a nyc 3d/4d ultrasound because I had found out the gender of my baby at my appointment and just pay the difference regardless I was going to go back. Spoke to an assistance there and they first said yes just to pick the new package I wanted . My partner and I decided on one and and now they’re saying redo sessions are only two weeks vaild but they’re the ones who had to reschedule me when the appointment was originally for 12/02/21 and now I have past the deadline? The most manger was able to do was 10% off the nyc 3d/4d ultrasound, RIDICULOUS! Money waisted , no baby confirmation and couldn’t even pay the difference for an upgrade! I’m highly disappointing!! not to mention I came from NJ . Thanks for nothing!!
