I have been involved with planning family members' funerals in the past at Golden Gate without any issues, but this last experience was horrible. The direct cremation experience at the Dallas location was horrible!! My parent passed away right before Christmas 2020 and I did not get cremains until February 2021. I called numerous times and left messages. I was never called back. Finally had to drive there to find out what was going on. Never again will I use them or recommend them.
