Very unsatisfied customer. My 2nd time trying this florist’s in the past 4 months. First time everything I ordered was not included in the delivery. Today, Feb 14, 2022 the item was delivered with deflated balloons and dry roses. Note: Order placed 01/22/2022 for reasonable delivery today. Item delivered after 6:00pm. I wasn’t looking for a low rate florist but apparently that’s what I keep getting. Never again
