Everyone we dealt with at Gateway was amazing. Responses to questions during the process were immediate. We would highly recommend Gateway. Not only did our kitchen turn out beautiful, it is also very functional.

Time line was ok Susan my sales representative was good but the hole cut for my tap to big and not cyliconed in so water leeks into my cupboard. She did advice me about how thin my counter top was but I did not realize at the time that it would be a problem for my stove and oven combo

Gateway was a terrific company to work with. Our Gateway designer listened to our wishes and our budget and came up with ideas and a plan within the parameters we set. There was a lot of consultation throughout the process. Our project manager was always available for questions and was quick to solve problems so that the project stayed on track. Trades (especially the carpenter) were professional, friendly and did excellent work. We were very satisfied with Gateway and would work with them again on a future project.
