I am having to file liens against two homeowners homes because i have not been paid by Mary&Gary Kennedy. After working with them for several months, i noticed a lot of homeowners were not really happy with the work, however, most of them paid anyway, any time a customer was not happy M&GK would make it out to be such a huge ordeal, or they would simply play dumb. People got tired of it and just kind of fell off. Although they say they have used the same crew for 15+ years many of the workers were simply too young for that to be true, they have had the same lead man perhaps, but not the entire crew. when i contacted them to let them know liens were my only option, they never bothered to return my calls or messages. They had a great story when i first met them, but i got taken in by the Texas drawl and nice elderly, grandparent like demeanor, but soon found out it was the old bait and switch, what you see is certainly not what you get.
