I went to Fura with a Pump tag and requested an equivalent Pump to be quoted. Anna Assured me I was getting what I needed. The Stock 2 day Pump turned into a 4 week nightmare. Only to receive a pump that was not useable. Too Small inlet. Too small Footprint and the Pumps specs were way less than the pump tag provided. I requested an RMA 5 times via email and I have called. Anna Told me she cant speak about the order Pete will call me. It has been a week. No call back, No RMA I did just get an invoice in the mail. Not a reputable company. I have not received such bad customer service in 13 years of purchasing.
