I found an Ad for Flooring King and decided to use Flooring King for a new floor in my Delray condo. I am a snowbird and live in Toronto Canada the rest of the year. I contacted several other stores and they all gave me a run around with no product , up front payment etc. I spoke to Angela at Flooring King who was , kind, knowledgeable and pro active In three days she organized EVERYTHING I needed for an instal three months away as I was in lockdown in Toronto. I gave her a deposit to hold the product I liked. My friends told me it is impossible to get that product, at that price etc etc and that I was going to be ripped off. I am so glad I did not listen to anyone I arrived on Aug 1, 2021 in Florida. Aug 2 Flooring King crew (lead by George) arrived on time , started the project and two and a half DAYS later completed it PERFECTLY , on time and on budget❣️❣️❣️❣️They removed old carpets and old tile, were clean, organized, meticulous, and just plain amazing , and even made it possible to sleep in my own condo by putting the bed back so didn’t have to go to a hotel. They completed everything including new floor board, left the place clean and ready to enjoy. George gave me instructions on the care of my new laminate floors and left with the apartment spotless. Angela helped along the way in every detail Weekend. Weekday , holidays. At the end of the three days my husband I went to FLooring King Ft Lauderdale with flowers in hand to personally thank ANGELA for the outstanding results. I would give FLooring King 10 stars. Thank you Angela,George and Antonio for this most pleasant experience in difficult COVID times.
