My son is sensitive to sound and today, we tried to attend a movie but it was too loud for him. I tried ear plugs, which usually works well, but it was still too loud. We were sitting in the hallway to give it a few minutes before trying again during a quiet scene when a gentleman I assume was the manager walked up to see if he could help with anything. I explained the situation and he suggested that he could turn the volume down a couple notches which wouldn’t be noticeable to anyone else but might take the edge off for him. He also said if that didn’t work, he’d give my son a gift card for the arcade instead. We waited a couple minutes so he’d have time to turn it down and tried again. As soon as we walked in, my son said it was too loud. Then an employee walked up with headphones linked to the movie that would cancel out the noise but my son could control the volume and still hear the movie with his own set of headphones. This worked perfectly and he was able to enjoy the rest of the show. Thank you so much for being so understanding and accommodating for him!
