Crooks! I wasn't told up front that there would be a charge for diagnostics. It was only after I left my car there that they told me it was $179 for them just to look at what was wrong with the car. Two days later I get a call saying the estimate for the repair is $1142.34. Oh and my $179 does not go towards the repair cost! This is a bad air bag module in a 2011 Jetta. When you Google the cost of this repair it should be around $600-$700. I would not recommend anyone go to this shop for service. Now I am out $200 and have not had the car for several days. Just a horrible experience overall. My first call to another repair shop, the person told me that they would do a free diagnostic and if it is indeed a bad sensor the repair would be around $600-$700 (Exactly what all of the reviews on Google said it would be). The whole reason I took my car in is because I knew it would not pass inspection with this issue. I asked that they do an inspection after the repair. I never approved the repair and they did the inspection anyways and charged me $20 more for that. I said I would not pay that and they said if I didn't I would not get my car (Over $20 they were going to keep my car). I told Ramel that they are crooks and he can go F*** himself and he had the nerve to say the exact same thing back to me after all the wrong they have done. Way to take advantage of a customer! Also, way to act professional in telling your customer that they can go f*** themselves.
I tried to get the owner to speak with me personally and he refused. He called me entitled and rude. Does not take responsibility for any actions on their part. Charged me $20 for a service that was not approved and the fact that his employee cussed at me as well. I am not "entitled" as he states. I want to work with a fair and reliable company.
