This company did help us get a lower cost equivalent policy than we had before. But
they dropped the ball on customer service while they're aggressive with sales tactics. When we had a water leak and wanted to ask some questions before deciding about filing a claim, our assigned agent would not speak with us and left us flying blind. So once this claim was completed, we found a different agency. Point has made numerous robo calls to us and continued sending us mail soliciting us to renew our policy, even after a man saying he is the owner said he would remove us from their call & mail lists.
