They will rudely steal your money. I agree with all the reviews that call Carol combative and unprofessional, and I hope their business gets shut down.
he employees are individually fine and some are great. The owner Carol is rude and unprofessional. After confirming with one of her employees who answered their direct line that a 7am cat sitting appointment was okay and could be handled by their service, and using their service for 3 weeks, their employee showed up at noon even though I was already home and when I called to make sure the employee didn't feel bad because I was kind of alarmed when they walked into my house and I reacted in an alarmed confused way, Carol was extremely rude, and when I asked not to be charged for a service that was to my mind 5 hours late, she denied that any such arrangement was even possible. Their software is difficult to use and it seems like they don't honor commitments to their clients. While the employees individually are quite nice, I would not recommend this service as a whole if what you are looking for is peace of mind.
