Elizabeth A. Eden, M.D., F.A.C.O.G., is a board-certified OB/GYN with a private practice located in the Midtown East neighborhood of New York City, New York. Dr. Eden has dedicated her professional life to providing ladies in and beyond New York with the personalized care they deserve.
She earned her bachelor’s degree from Colgate University in Hamilton, New York, majoring in psychology and minoring in music. She then completed her pre-medicine studies at Columbia University before pursuing her doctorate in medicine at New York University Grossman School of Medicine. Dr. Eden received her residency training in obstetrics and gynecology at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
Dr. Eden offers comprehensive wellness services for girls and women, including birth control and sexual health counseling and medical support for common concerns like polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), abnormal bleeding, and fibroids.
At her practice, Dr. Eden helps ease the transition from menstruation to menopause by providing patients with the specific care they need during the unique time in their lives. She spends ample time with each patient, building strong one-on-one relationships before tailoring care that treats their individual needs.
Dr. Eden takes a holistic approach to women’s health and is a firm believer of the many healing benefits of yoga and other complementary therapies. As the past president of the New York Gynecological Society, Dr. Eden is committed to medical excellence. She is also an active fellow of the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, as well as a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society, Psi Chi Honor Society, and the North American Menopause Society.
