I called them after hours on Wednesday. Dan showed up on the early side of the service window and was honest and fast! Great price AND customer service. Will use them again!!!!
The whole process of getting an estimate to installation of new furnace was very efficient. Everything was explained , questions answered, appointment reminders were sent and kept on time , they notified me when enroute . I am completely satisfied!
At the height of the recent "bomb cyclone," my furnace went out. The technicians who came to diagnose and fix the problem were knowledgeable and professional and pleasant to have in my home. Gary was rather late but was very generous with his time once here and did a careful and thorough diagnosis. Tim was punctual and efficient. As a team, they tracked down the quickest way to get the defective part shipped here, and Joanna made sure I got a refund for the part that was still under warranty when it stopped working. Having wasted money getting estimates from other companies- a learning curve - it is obvious to me how superior Efficient Comfort is, and I would always use them in future.
