Dr. Robert J. Lee is a highly accomplished, board-certified orthopedic surgeon. At Robert Lee Orthopedics in Idaho Falls and Blackfoot, Idaho, he specializes in performing arthroscopic knee and shoulder surgery, hand surgery, ACL reconstructions, and more.
Dr. Lee earned his Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, and later attended the Creighton School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska. In 1997, he completed his residency at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque. While there, Dr. Lee received the Robert Hayes Outstanding Resident Award, as well as Best Resident Presentation at the Annual UNM Pediatric Orthopedic Conference in 1996.
Dr. Lee was board certified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery in 1999, and he scored in the top 1% nationwide on the orthopedic board re-certification test in 2009. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Idaho State Medical Society.
