Dr. Brian K. Machida, MD FACS / STC Plastic Surgery

Medical Negligence / Incomplete Surgery From the first date that I met Dr. Machida: I repeatedly and directly stated to him (and to Norma [Office Mgr], and to Bertha [Receptionist]) that my Primary Concern was the FRONT of my face (namely my mouth/lips area which points downward “like a downward facing crescent moon”); and that my Secondary Concern was the SIDES of my face. Yet Dr. Machida FAILED to surgically even address my PRIMARY Concern! And Dr. Machida did not even INFORM me that he would not be addressing my PRIMARY Concern, - which would have enabled me to know that I must contract with a DIFFERENT surgeon (which I would have done). Proof is present in: 1) Dr. Machida’s Medical Record (of which I possess a copy), and to which I have commented/responded and then I emailed all this back to Dr. Machida, and 2) My documentation of additional relevant info emailed to Dr. Machida I have experienced Dr. Machida's in-person "discussions." He has just ignored me.
