Danielle E. Currier, D.M.D. is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Surgery in the division of Dentistry, Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine and Assistant Attending Dentist at NewYork-Presbyterian. Dr. Currier specializes in restorative dentistry, implant dentistry, root canal therapy, emergency services, periodontal treatment, oral surgery, and oral medicine with a focus on treating functionally and medically compromised patients. Prior to her arrival, Dr. Currier completed her residency in General Practice Dentistry at NewYork-Presbyterianl-Weill Cornell Medical College in New York City.Dr. Currier is an active member of many prestigious organizations such as the American Dental Association and the New York State Dental Association. She has also been honored with several awards including the 2014 Distinguished Housestaff Award, New York Weill Cornell Medical Center Alumni Council, 2013 Matthew Boylan Scholarship Recipient, Massachusetts Dental Society & Eastern Dentists Insurance Co. and the 2013 Presidential Award for Citizenship and Public Service, Tufts University.
