Hi, my name is Daniela Fox. I’m a full time REALTOR with ERA Wilder Realty in Sumter, SC. The Air Force brought my family and I to the Sumter area in 2010. The friendly people, beautiful year-round weather and great location made it easy for us to fall in love with our new home. Today I have the pleasure of introducing newcomers from all walks of life to the city and community I love.
Born and raised in Germany, I grew up living, playing and exploring the beautiful countryside and townships around me. I developed a fascination for history and the old, architectural buildings around me. Imagine living just a few kilometers from the oldest city in Germany – over 1000 years old. If those cobblestones and castles could talk!
Speaking of castles, I met my knight-in-shining-armor while he was stationed at the nearby Air Base in Spangdahlem, Germany. We soon married and the Air Force brought us back to the States in 2010. Sumter has been our home and where we are busy raising our very active daughters. When I’m not busy with their extracurricular activities, I’m exploring the history of my new home or working on a craft project at home.
My love for architecture, meeting people and helping them find their new home are what fuel my passion for real estate. Buying and selling a home is one of the most overwhelming events during a highly stressful time. It’s my job to lighten the load.
