Didn't call to speak with me at all or to let me know that my pet was ready for pick up. When I tried to call, took me 20 minutes before anyone answered. Didn't acknowledge my expressed concern, instead wrote down that I had none and therefore did not address it. Then when I asked about it, just randomly offered to sell me pain meds. They have online appointment scheduling but no appointments available, had to spend the time calling, hoping they answer.
