Ordered a Rola roof basket for my SUV. Called them on the phone; they were very friendly and able to confirm same-day shipping if I placed the order that day. The price was good, and the item was received a few days later. The rack was packed in the manufacturer's box, and everything looked pretty good. One minor problem was one portion of the rack's tubing was slightly dented and required some bending with a pair of pliers in order to assemble the rack.
