I am almost 50 years old and have let my physical fitness take a back seat for many years! At pursuit I am getting more fit each week. The nutrition along with the workouts have been the key. The trainers have been so helpful in working with this older, very out of shape body! They cheer me on all the time!! It feels like family at pursuit!!!
