Best trainer in Vegas hands down. Van Hook knows his stuff. I have been with training with him for almost 6 years now while I was playing high school and college baseball, and still train with him now that I'm done playing. He kept me in great physical condition, improved my strength, agility, and speed. He also helped a ton with injury prevention.
