Been here for many years when I lived in NYC. Instructors are very professional and are able to suit both students who want to do this for fun and those who want to compete. The students are also very friendly and helpful. Definitely the place to go to if you want to have Muay Thai, Wrestling, BJJ and Judo under one roof.
