Safe drivers. Picked us up promptly going both to and from the Jacksonville Airport and St. Augustine and did confirmation calls ahead. Driver coming into St Augustine pointed out places to visit (we added the Ximenez-Fatio house to our list--thanks!) and good restaurants to eat at. All added to our vacation above and beyond the hassle-free, door-to-door transport.
