I have been working with Lara for 3 months and she has helped me to understand and work through my childhood trauma and PTSD. She comes from a place of understanding you would not know unless they have done the work themselves. She is passionate about the work she does and truly wants her clients to live a better life that is not their trauma. She works hard for you to get the necessary support you need outside of her office. There is no judgement and she meets you where you are.
