My sister and I have been going to this location for 6 to 7 years. It has changed ownership several times. We love going HOWEVER recently our experience on 10/22/2021 was extremely different. The prices jumped and they added extra charges without informing the customers or updating their website. What I normally get would be $35.00 turns out now it is $50.00 for nails with no graphics or design just plain nails. Now they charge an extra $5.00 for taking off your previous nails, plus $5.00 for tips, plus $5.00 for Matte polish which is in the same type of bottle as the clear coat. They ask you which one would you like but they don't tell you the price difference until you get to the register. Additionally, we found out today that they charge an extra $15.00 for painting your toe nails with gel polish. So, I would recommend asking them first the prices prior to getting anything done. I previously paid $35.00 for nails and $30.00 for pedicure. Now, it is $50.00 for nails and $45.00 for a pedicure.
